Well alas, I must go through all the legal mumbo jumbo.
All backgrounds and banners were created by ©NKSink and are the sole property of the creator. None of my graphics are to be redistributed in any fashion or used without proper credit being given. To the best of my knowledge, all the graphics used for my websets are freeware, most have come from cd collections that I have purchased. If you come across an image that is yours, please e-mail me and I will gladly removed the image from my site. I do have some images that are copyrighted to particular artists. With these, I have received written permission to use their graphics. If you use one of their sets, you must link back to their site, in addition to linking back to my site.

Now to the specifics:
>Do not direct link to any graphics from my site. I have included zip files with every linkware set. Download the zip file and save the images to your own hard drive and upload to your own server.
>When using my websets, you must provide a working link back on the same page as my webset. I have included credit buttons with every set.
>I don't care if your site is a commercial or a private site, all I ask is that it is G rated.
>I will gladly personalize banners or buttons, please email me with the details.
>In the future, I will be offering customized websets for a nominal fee. If you are interested in something now, you can e-mail me and see if I can do it for you.
