Unfortunately we need to go over all the legal information. All backgrounds and graphics were created by ©NKSink and are the sole property of the creator. The images used to create these are, to the best of my knowledge, freeware. If you come across an image you believe is copyrighted, please e-mail me and I will gladly remove it.

I do have some images that are copyrighted to the respective artists. I have received written permission from these artists to use their work. If you use any of these websets, you need to provide a link back to this site, in addition to the artist's site.

You are free to use any webset from this site that states it is "linkware". Do not link directly from this site. A zip file has been included with the images for the set. If you need buttons customized, you can email me with the request. Depending on time, I will gladly add text to the buttons. When using any sets from this site, a link back is required on the same page as my graphics.
