I have been doing web design for almost two years now. I use Dreamweaver MX and Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 when creating pages.

I offer two services:

Creation of a custom layout

Creating and maintaining your website

 Creation of custom layout:

  I will gladly create a custom layout for you. With this, you have 2 options to choose from.

 First option is a custom webset, that requires a link back to this website and one that I retain ownership of. Price for this option will start at $25.

 The second option is a custom webset, that requires no link back and I will relinquish ownership of the webset to you. With this option, the webset can not be resold. It is for your use only. Price for this option will start at $40. Prices vary depending on the type of webset required and amount of graphics required for the webset.

 Creating and maintaining your website:

  With this option, I will create a custom layout and maintain and update information on your website.   I do not offer hosting at this site. It will be your responsibility to purchase a hosting package and domain.   If you need a hosting company and unsure of where to go, please don't hesitate to ask. I can provide you with a list of some wonderful hosts that are very reasonably priced.    As for updating your site, that can be done one of two ways. I can send you the coding and graphics and you can upload the images to your server or I am provided with FTP access information and I can upload the information from my computer.

Pricing will vary based on individual needs.

Pricing starts at:

Initial Layout:	$150 for initial layout and 10 web pages Additional pages (same layout) $3 a page
Monthly Updates:	Pricing starts at $15 and will go up, depending on the number of updates done in a particular month. I set a cap for monthly updates. The amount will vary depend on your individual needs.
Change layout:	Pricing will begin at $30 and is billed separately from monthly updates

Specifics for billing will be discussed on an individual basis.  

When creating layouts, I only use copyright free images. If you have a specific graphic you wish to use, you must be able to provide me with creator information.
